Updated to 1.10.7 and lost all my presets

Hello there, I’ve updated a couple of weeks ago to the latest firmware update, but I’ve forgotten the right procedure to update first the H90 editor.
So basically it has been freezed in uploading for a while, then I’ve decided to restore to the factory settings after installing the latest H90 Editor and finally updated the firmware of H90.
Is there any procedures to restore what I’ve lost? Please enlighten me with some hidden features, I’ve lost more than 2 years of presets, and obviously I didn’t backup nothing! Hell yeah

Unfortunately, if you have factory reset your pedal without backing it up first, there is no way to recall what was deleted.

I’m not sure what the original issue you described was. The recommended steps for a new firmware and H90 Control release is to first install the latest version of the app and then use the app to update the pedal firmware. If you have update issues, there are alternative methods that we can suggest if you contact support. A factory reset should not be done if you are having update issues.

Sorry, I wish a had a better solution for you. Our staff is quick to respond to forum posts and support tickets so it is best to be patient and wait for advice in situations like these rather than resorting to a factory reset.
