Used H9 deregister and re-register

Purchased an used H9 and from the description of the item the seller says it never been registered .But when I used it with the H9 control,the app said this pedal has registered by another account, I try to contact the seller but have no reply,so I can’t re-register and control the pedal with my IOS devices now. The only thing I want to know is how to deregister and re-register it,any one can help me?

Please take a photo of the serial number on the back of the H9 with your phone or whatnot and send it to support@eventide.com and ask them to deregister it for you.

Thanks for your reply and I have already registered it by sent an email to Eventide.
