          I did not have this problem, but I have noticed my login password doesn't work at certain times on the weekend. Perhaps it coincides with server maintenance?

          I'd recommend a couple things.

          1. clear your browser cache, and then…

          2. Wait a while and try again.

          3. If it doesn't work by Monday, contact Eventide.

            Yeah, it worked for me, too, but I have noticed the weekend-log-in problem… It does eventually work, though, and yeah, it seems like maybe server maintenance or something. Happens once or twice a month and usually on Saturday.

              I had the same issue I just refreshed like 6 times and it FINALLY worked

                It took a few attempts for me as well…  but it did finally accept it.

                  It seems that there was a bug when using the signup form on macs. It should now be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience!

                    Wish there was a bug that effected all users who are not me… but that's not very sportsman-like, now is it? Wink
