Download H9 Control
Get the latest version of H9 Control for iOS, Android, Mac, or PC.

Log in to your Eventide account
Make sure your H9 Standard or H9 Core is registered to your account. If not, register it in your account before proceeding.

Sync your algorithms
In H9 Control, go to Settings and select “Sync Algorithms on H9 with Server.” A dialog will show that the algorithms are updating.

Check your algorithms
Once complete, all 52 algorithms will be available on your H9. Go back to Algorithms to confirm that all are available.

Common questions

Yes, your H9 Standard or H9 Core must be registered to your Eventide account to qualify. You can register your device at eventideaudio.com before claiming the upgrade.

No action needed. If you already own an H9 Max, all algorithms are already available across all your registered H9 devices.

Once your upgrade is confirmed, open H9 Control, connect your pedal, then go to Settings and select “Sync Algorithms on H9 with Server.” All algorithms will load onto your pedal.

Yes. Register the pedal to your Eventide account and proceed with the instructions as noted. If your pedal is registered to the previous owner, contact support@eventideaudio.com and include a photo of the serial number.
