For a long time the Boss PN2 was one of the best tremolo/panners around. This basic preset offers the same functionality as the PN2 with expression pedal control over speed. Changing the SHAPE control gets you SINE, TRIANGLE, and SQUARE waves.

Preset based on the vintage Morley Power Wah, tried to get it as close as I could to the original sound.

This preset makes every note on the guitar sound like the “same tone.” The guitar signal is completely obscured by the ring modulator so regardless of what is played, or where it is played on the fretboard, the result is always the “same tone.” While I achieved the sound I wanted, I have no recollection of how I actually made it and it is not clear why the preset works the way it does. It sounds refreshingly unusual. Enjoy!

Zack at Zvex deserves a lot of credit for developing original effects in a very crowded field. One example is his excellent Seek Wah. This H9 preset is reminiscent of the Seek Wah's seemingly random autowah sound. It works best with my treble pickup. 9/8/2022

Description
Attempt to get the overdrive and trem sound that defined some of the best of the Spacemen 3's sound. Essentially the stripped back Vox/Jen V809 repeat percussion (a brutally simple sawtooth effect) with a treble boost/overdrive behind it. A good example is the youtube video below. To get the sound myself, I wobbled a half-cocked Sonuus Wahoo on a resonant wah setting (basically F06) in front of the H9 to get the hollowed out phasing treble. Back in the day would have been a crybaby into a cheap fuzz into a V809 (or more likely the Vox Starstreamer's onboard effects. May need to play with some other algorithms to see if can get closer to the . Or possibly need another H9 to combine...
