H8000 to H8000FW upgrade

  How do I go about upgrading my H8000 to an H8000FW? I have seen this on the eventide.com website:
  
  The upgrade is available through Eventide's website and provides users the chance to upgrade to the H8000FW Ultra-Harmonizer effects processor, Eventide's most powerful effects processor ever, at a reduced price.
  
  but, I can't find where on the website I am able to do this. Please help! Also, I tried calling support and left a couple of voicemails and an email a month ago or so. I tried again earlier today.

  Yes, I did see that page and I have contacted support@eventide.com. I sent an email to that address a while back and never heard back. I have also left a couple of voicemails. Hopefully someone will get back in touch wiht me today
