        What do I do if I do not know the date, place of purchase and store the pedals? I bought it in Russia in one person.

        I do not know now where to find it.

        My pedal "Eventide PitchFactor Stompbox" 
        Serial Number (PF-00585) 

        what do I do?

              That to do to me if I don't know date, shop and a place of purchase of a pedal? I bought it in Russia from one musician. 

              I don't know now where to find it. 

              And how do I write a serial number? A brace or not? 

              (PF-00585) or PF-00585?

              * When I write the serial number without brackets, the site gives this error:

              A system error occurred while registering your product. Please contact Eventide support.

              * When serial number I write with brackets, the site asks the city, date and shop of purchase of a product. And I don't know it.

              ___Please help me to register the product.___

                Hi,

                As Nick said, please contact support@eventide.com, I'll check with the guy that handles e-mails to see if he's gotten your issue (or maybe see if it accidentally got caught up in spam filters or something similar). Also, please understand that we're a small team with limited resources and a decent bit on our plate at the moment, we try to get back to you in the same day for support e-mails but sometimes it takes longer.

                    Now a new problem. =((((

                    I downloaded an update for PitchFactor  3.5.0[4]. 

                    during the upgrade program gives this error:

                    ____________________________

                    Failed updating device PF-00585

                    Error updating device.

                    Please reboot your device and try updating again


                    I rebooted the device, but the problem wasn't solved. =/

                    in what there can be a reason of my problem?

                    there can be it because of an operating system of my computer? on my computer the operating system is installed WINDOWS 7 (x64)
