Modfactor undulator issues

  I recently purchased the Modfactor. I noticed that all of sudden any presets based off the Undulator effect doesn't work. I tweak all knobs and there is NOTHING. I reset it several times and it didn't help.I I re-updated the stompbox to the 3.5 version and it worked. Then when I turned it off and back on nothing. What's going on here? Is this common? Help me out, I need me some undulation!!!!!

  You should consider "Restoring Factory Effects Presets and System Settings" (UM p.37). This will probably work. If not, support@eventide.com

  I have the same problem.. no undulation at all .. and the presets don't work.
  
  Restoring factory settings makes no difference.
  
  Broken? Repairable?

  Try the Modfactor in front of your amp.. I bet this particular effect doesn't work well in your effects loop

  …i had the same problem with my fx-loop.(i changed the amp)
  
  Undulator is a very dynamic effect…well,your fx-loop doesn't send "strong" signal…it may be instrument level.
  
  best you can,try it on an amp with line-level fx-loop.
  
  if you are happy in front of the amp…ok!
  
  if not…there are MANY solutions…
