Hi, i’ve bought an H9 standard a few months ago and the previous owner gave me his user so I don´t lose his purchases. Last monday, I purchased the Pitchfuzz algorithm and I realized that in the app I have his user but in the iphone I have my user so the pitchfuzz was bought into my itunes account and i don´t have it in the pedal. What can I do? Sorry for my english, but i’m writing from Argentina. Thank you!
