Running weird square USB on back of H9000 to Mac via regular USB rectangle into adapter for USB-C (Mac Book Pro). Emote loaded, H9000 on, but software doesn’t see it. Tried multiple cables. Nada. USB driver is loaded says the setup screen of H9000, as well.
USB is just for the audio interface side – emote is accessed via setting the H9000 up on wifi, or via Ethernet. Personally I find that a bit frustrating too, but that’s the deal.
