        Hello, I have a question regarding the inputs and outputs.  When setting up a stereo effects loop, the manual says to use input 3/4 and output 3/4.  Does it matter between 3 and 4 which is left and which is right?

          Technically, no, but it’s most common for 3 to be LEFT and 4 to be RIGHT. Your choice though.
