So I just bought 2 H90 pedals used and finding out now that these things without being able to transfer registration are basically bricked from being able to use the H90 control software? That is bizarre , Why do it this way. I wonder how many H90s are on the market second hand that will never be “un registered”. You are making people hassle with some de registration to protect a control surface software with no sounds? I wish I would have known this before spending 1600 dollars on two mint used ones. Um is there a way around this?

You must have an H90 registered to your Eventide account to download H90 Control.
It is a very simple process to have the pedal deregistered from the old account by emailing support@eventideaudio.com and sending a picture of the serial number on the bottom of the pedal.
If you have not done this yet, please do this now and we can help you with this ASAP.

Hello,
I bought today a H90 Harmonizer.
I wanted to register the harmonizer mentioned above. However, your system reports that my device is already registered. What should I do now?“

Please email support@eventideaudio.com and send us a picture of the serial number on the bottom of the pedal, then we can deregister it for you.

Ok, I just deregistered the pedal for you. I will delete your post now because you do not want to share this picture publicly, that’s why I asked you to email it directly to us.
