  Hello,
  
  I have registered my Space Stompbox on my Eventide account and wanted to use H9 Control. Unfortunately, the H9 Control desktop app on my Sonoma MacMini rejects my correct login data with the following message:
  
  “The given user name/ password combination could not be found”
  
  however, my given account login data is 100 % correct 😉
  
  Can anyone tell me what the problem might be? I appreciate your help

  Hello,
  
  The first thing that comes to mind is you should be using the username to login, not your email. If you’re not able to login, please contact support@eventideaudio.com and they’ll sort out the issue.
