My beloved H3000 is experiencing a strange issue where one side doesn’t work on some presets/algorithms. If I push the input really hard, I can hear a faint sound every few seconds amid the silence. However, when I switch to a different preset, everything functions perfectly. I haven’t fully analyzed which algorithms are faulty yet, but it seems that about 2 out of 3 are working.
Interestingly, when I bypass it, everything sounds normal. This suggests it’s likely a software issue, but it only affects certain presets. The unit I have is the blue H3000S, upgraded to include all algorithms.
Is there anyone having the same issue? How can I fix it?
