Performed some additional troubleshooting and maybe 3.0.22 [79] has issues or bad Gen2 DSP chips?  I reverted back to Gen1 DSP chips and I’m able to successfully re-flash  2.2.11 [232] and the machine boots back to normal/operates fine.  I reset all settings/factory defaults….remove Gen1>Gen2 install to try again and still can’t get 3.0.22 to load and same issues in my previous post persist.
