Yes even without the Stage Bug there is a noticeable noise floor. I made a video and will send to support.
I can understand a unit with this much ARM based horsepower to have fidelity hiss, it’s more about the dry signal being effected. The dsp side of this unit is not the issue. It is amazing.

overall, It seems like the buffer is adding gain to the clean signal with a considerable eq curve. Enough to change the reaction of my amps. I don’t think this is noticeable with line level instruments, just high impedance amp situations, the H9 are more transparent on input.

so I guess I’m just bringing this to your attention with the hopes that a attenuation setting or any buffer setting on input can be added to the globals in your next firmware? Perhaps a noise gate ? The wish would be to make the dry signal input more transparent and adjustable.
