I believe any Boss looper with MIDI can do this. I have the RC600 which can but i think the functionality of the loopers is the same across the board. That being said, my RC600 doesn’t like it if it’s not the MIDI clock, so i don’t know how well it reacts to being told to change tempo at all!! I just use it as the clock telling everything else what speed and where the one is; but that may not work for your rig.
