No, that’s not the case. Eventide is not developing RNBO, that is a platform developed by Cycling 74 (who make the program Max).
RNBO is a patching environment built to export software with the sound of Max. You can export the software to various destination, such as a plug-in, web, or now you can export to the H9000.

VSig is a proprietary software that is just used for designing algorithms to run on our hardware.
