Grainmod is not granular, it is more like a sort of noisegate-delay with feedback and reverb, i havent heard Cosmic Web yet, only looked at the missing paramaters to make true granular

Reaktor 5+ could do true granular about 20 years ago, with a Intel Pentium 4.
