  Hi there,
  
  As a guitar player I usually use my H8000FW in simple configurations. I’m not very confortable with this machine.
  
  I think that I did something wrong with my H8000FW in the setup menu or in the levels menu.
  
  My configuration is quite simple : I have two analog inputs and two analog outputs. Whatever I do the preset is never active, it’s always bypassed. It’s like I always use the “thru” presets.
  
  That’s why I think I dis a mistake in the setup menu.
  
  Is anyone here who can help me ?

  Answering to myself…
  
  I did a reset on the H8000FW so that the setup is as “out of the factory”.
  
  Unfortunately everything went wrong only the “thru” preset works… That means that the H8000FW doesn’t work anymore.
  
  Any tips ?

  What routing have you setup?
  
  There are a bunch of presets – suspect you have selected something other than what you had.
  
  Look at the reference manual “Loading Routing Configurations” section
  
  If you are just using analog stereo i/o then preset setup 10, 11, or 12 should work.
  
  Also make sure its running internal sample rate clock at 44.1 or 48.

  It was a matter of routing. My routing was wrong.
  
  Thanks for your help 🙂
  
  The routing possiblities are so many that I lost my mind in bad manipulations.
