What routing have you setup?

There are a bunch of presets – suspect you have selected something other than what you had.

Look at the reference manual “Loading Routing Configurations” section

If you are just using analog stereo i/o then preset setup 10, 11, or 12 should work.

Also make sure its running internal sample rate clock at 44.1 or 48.
