        Hello-

        I’m current trying to update my 9000R firmware via the necessary recovery instructions and having some problems. I have the USB drive formatted to MSDOS FAT inserted… I’m powering up with a paperclip inserted and the network light flashes, but then nothing. Nothing appears in Emote (connected via ethernet as usual) and the light continues to flash. How long should I be holding in the paperclip? Why didn’t you propagate this update via Emote? Thanks for any assistance!

          I should probably add that the network light blinks on power on without putting in the paperclip as well… and the unit does not boot at all now, even with the USB drive removed :-/

            Are you using the USB drive that shipped with the H9000?
