        Hi friends! We bought two copies of Music Mouse, one for desktop and one for laptop. The desktop is working fine with my mouse, but I can’t get the laptop to make any noise. It says a mouse is connected (by pressing delete, it turns that on and off) but when I move my cursor, nothing happens.

         

        Any suggestions? Thanks!

          Hello,

          Please go to the Preferences tab and make sure the Mode is set to “Sound” and not “MIDI”.

          Let me know if that resolves the issue.

            Thanks! I figured out my issue:

            Under Preferences>Audio>Output, it wasn’t populated so I had to tell it where to go!
