Yesterday, Emote suddenly started rapidly crashing as a result of almost any command. So I then checked the firmware of my Gen2 H9000R was 3.1.3 and I upgraded to 3.1.6. Is this a bug fix for comms issues with Emote? Do I need to update Emote too?

They can run you through a series of troubleshooting steps to figure out the cause. Please provide them with your computer specs as well as whether you’re using the standalone version or plug-in version through a DAW.
