I run Windows and, yes, that is how I would grab a file and get it into my H90.

I’m sorry but I don’t know what a set point is or anything about the ES8.

We are talking about importing a program into a particular program slot in your H90.   Without exactly suggesting you do this, here’s what I would try:

Pick a program with a super simple ES8 configuration and save it by exporting it to your computer.

Then import the new program into that slot in your H90 and play away.

When that gets boring import the first program back into the same slot and you should be back where you were when you started.

Anything more complicated than that is above my pay grade and you should ignore me.  LOL
