Ok so if usb is unusable and bluetooth would provide a solution if pc/windows were supported, why wouldn’t Eventide make it a priority to provide support for pc/windows?

Please escalate this issue since right now a key feature does not work correctly and the only course of action open to me is to return the product for a full refund. Something neither of us would prefer.
