that's one of the most known Eventide trick! From the 910 down to the H3000…to the 4000/7000, then Orville/Eclipse/H8000….. MICROPITCHSHIFTING!
2 shifters, offset to +/- a few cents and one with longer delay than the other (we are in the 10>30 ms range).
