Very easy!
You can connect the footswitch directly to Eclipse and use it as Tip or Ring for Tap tempo. Or you can study the Eclipse manual which perfectly describes how to control parameters from CC messages.
First you need to patch an External to CC #11. Then you'll patch that external to tap tempo. Done.
