February 3, 2010 at 3:23 pm #119893 xlc210Member FIXED!!!!!!!! For some reason the update utility would not complete while running on my laptop. I ran it off my desktop and it worked fine. I don't know what the hitch was but I am happy there was nothing wrong with the unit.
