The barberpole phaser is definitely more complex than that. It requires an LFO capable of outputting a number of different waveforms and offset their phases of different degrees amounts..and probably more.
There is no such preset in the H8000. Something that may sound "similar" could be preset 3517 One Way Phaser.
If a complete knowledge on the topic is available, an attempt to create such type of phaser could be done. it will be a large algorithm using several LFOs and math functions to offset phases….
