How can I do this on a 4000?
You should be able to do the same thing with control math modules. A starting point would be:
F = 880 * (2 raised to power ( ( note – 69) / 12))

Another thing is that when I send midi to my patch it gets an error message and ask me to reboot….
Don't understand this. Why not give the error message text ?
And about the ADSR object, with wich "amp" object I have to use
it to let the oscilator sound pass thru?
Again, not clear what you mean. It should work with a MIX module.
