I'm trying to set the
global tempo of the Eclipse via MIDI using a momentary MIDI foot
switch, without much luck. Well, obviously, I'm doing something
wrong. I've reset the Eclipse to it's factory settings, and then set
it up with the following configuration:
Setup–>MIDI–>Channel:
1
Setup–>Externals–>Ext#3–>Source:
MIDI Single
Setup–>Externals–>Ext#3–>Channel:
base+0
Setup–>Externals–>Ext#3–>Cntrl:
con: 12
Setup–>Tempo–>Tap
Src: ext3
Setup–>Tempo–>Mode:
Global
MIDI CC word values sent
to the Eclipse for a tempo of 100 BPM on channel 1: 012, 100 from the
MIDI foot switch.
If anyone can let me know
the error in my setup, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks very much!
