Yes, H9 Control does support importing syx files. What version of the TimeFactor OS was the preset list exported from? I wouldn't be surprised that it's having trouble importing it if it comes from an older release. In any case we could look at the problem for you if you email the syx file to us. Just email the file to my forum username with @eventide.com appended to it.
