      Is it possible to import my Timefactors preset list which was created using Factor Library, to H9 control? It is a "syx" file format. I have been trying but H9 control always closes unexpectedly when I choose the syx file.

      Yes, H9 Control does support importing syx files. What version of the TimeFactor OS was the preset list exported from? I wouldn't be surprised that it's having trouble importing it if it comes from an older release. In any case we could look at the problem for you if you email the syx file to us. Just email the file to my forum username with @eventide.com appended to it.
