Unfortunally, my Eventide Timefactor died after this update, it's stucked in update mode and the software does not detect anymore. it gave a update error and restored when I was running the eventide update utility, but whenever you reboot the device it goes to update mode.
I tried everything, disconnected all cables, restarted my mac, and etc…
Any help?
Do you have access to a Windows PC that you could try updating from? We have an alternative updating utility that only runs on Windows that pretty reliably is able to fix these issues. I posted those instructions during the latest beta release and the links to the software in that thread are for the software for that older beta release. Let us know if you don't have access to a Windows PC and we can give you alternative instructions for Mac.
