You currently have 5.0.0(5) installed? That is the latest release of software for Space. We haven't made a 5.0.0(6) release. Where are you seeing a 5.0.0(6) release?
Also, I don't understand why you can't connect your Space to H9 Control. If you have 5.0.0(5) installed, it should work. You said you had tried a restore already, but just to be sure, have you tried restoring your Space's system settings by turning your Space off and turning it on again with the right footswitch and the algorithm selector encoder (the knob labeled Preset) pressed?
