See "Start-Up Options" in the User Manual.
Try "Clear the internal setup" (SETUP key) first. If that does not do it, try "Clear internal programs and setup" (8 key).
One of these should fix it. If you have H8000 or H8000A, make sure that WordClock is disabled, unless you always have a valid WC connected (see UM).
