Go to the Support for Timefactor page:
http://www.eventide.com/Home/Eventide/AudioDivision/Support/Stompboxes/TimeFactor.aspx
From there scroll down to "Eventide update utility". Choose the version of the direct updater you want (PC, MAC). Once installed this will allow you to update your timefactor.
