TimeFactor to H9 control

      Hey everyone I'm brand new to the eventide train just got my brand new TimeFactor and went to hook it up to the H9 control and it says that i need to update the software. i am running version 3.5.0[4]. where do i find the update that would let me connect my time factor to the H9 control?

      Go to the Support for Timefactor page:

      http://www.eventide.com/Home/Eventide/AudioDivision/Support/Stompboxes/TimeFactor.aspx

      From there  scroll down to "Eventide update utility". Choose the version of the direct updater you want (PC, MAC). Once installed this will allow you to update your timefactor.

      hey thanks for the information i am running the latest version of the mac os. so i downloaded that direct updater and it didn't have any of the updates. so i just downloaded the other mac updater and i can see the updates now.
