why don't you just add all the extra stuff you want into this preset? This will surely make it monolithic. In other words, you don't make an algorithm monolithic AND THEN add stuff to it. It's the opposite.
I have never tried to make a sigfile monolithic. They just happen to be like that because of the amount or resources taken up by the added modules.
