If you aren't using the Eventide issued power supply, we have had customers report similar, odd behaviors that were remedied once the Eventide power supply is used.
If you are using the Eventide power supply you may want to initialize the system (erases presets) to see if that helps. If not follow up with an email to our Support Department. support@eventide.com
Initialize: While simultaneously powering on the unit press and hold the middle footswitch and the Encoder knob until you see "initialize" appear on the display. You may then let go of both and the unit will in a moment complete the process and show "DigDly" on the display.
