is rhe RAM/Card memory still available to store presets?
Which preset is exactly the one you tweaked/stored/recalled w/problems?
Did you store it to the card or the internal RAM?
Are you recalling it manually or via MIDI?
Try store it in a different memory area, that is if you stored it to a card try storing to internal ram or viceversa.
It may have been screwed up for some mysterious reason….
