    All im doing is inserting the plugin on a stereo Aux channel and the noise appears.

    Im using PTHD Accel 3 in a P7R4 64bit PCIX Magma chassis PT 10.2 on Win7 x64 
    Core2Quad 6600 CPU, 6GB Ram,
