It just so happens that I had a class with a homework set that required me to solve for the golden ratio, and when I was working on it last night I had an idea. It's not perfect, but it could certainly get what you're requesting. Tap in your tempo in ms (in play mode), then when the delay time reading in ms comes up on the billboard display, grab a calculator and multiply it by either 1.618 or .618, depending on which root of the golden ratio you want. This will give you the delay time you request to within a pretty fine tolerance (better than you can control on the TimeFactor, certainly – to within somewhere around ten to the negative fourth power). Combining this with the quarter-note interval you've tapped in or simply on its own, or even both roots combined, should get you where you want.
