As Nick said, please contact support@eventide.com, I'll check with the guy that handles e-mails to see if he's gotten your issue (or maybe see if it accidentally got caught up in spam filters or something similar). Also, please understand that we're a small team with limited resources and a decent bit on our plate at the moment, we try to get back to you in the same day for support e-mails but sometimes it takes longer.
