I purchased the H9 past the date when the Resonator was free and had asked support about this and was told I had to purchase it.
Why is the Resonator not showing up as purchased? I had to purchase it as it was past the time when it was free. Does it not show up as purchased?
I need to ensure I have been properly credited for all of my purchases before completing the upgrade and do not know why something I paid for would show up for free.
Could you send an email to support@eventide.com about this? I need to look up your Blackhole transaction and your Resonator transaction, and I don't want to go into your account details on Eventide's forums.
