I answered my own question:
I am currently powering 2 H9's from an AC10 using the 9v & 12v 600mA ports. Works great.
…and I got it wrong. You aren't supposed to use both of the the 9/12v 600mA jacks on the Cioks, only one. It was "working" but I was getting a buzz when both H9's were active. Switching one to a 12v / 200mA jack seems to work fine even though that is less current than I thought would work. So far no problem.
What is the suggested current at 12v?
