The link above don’t work because Eventide recently updated their website. All the download for the H9 ar now there:

I know it’s easy to blame Eventide but believe me 90% percent of the time buetooth problems are related to something outside of their control: Osx updates, incompatible dongle, or just plain user’s mistake.
gkellum (from Eventide staff) is trying hard to help everyone but you certainly need to provide a some more infromation, at the very least specify if you’re under Windows or Mac…
