to  be  more  clear ,  i can   write  my  question  in  2  parts  :

 

1- is it  possible  to  create  custom  scales  in  the  pitch  factor  ?   pelog  is  C#  D E G#  A          (       so    1  b2  b3  5  b6  in  terms  of  scale  degree )

 

2 – is  it  possble  to  program diatonic  harmonisation  in  the  balinese  way  :    mostly  in  fiths  ,  but  the  3  rd  degree  of  the  scale  has  to  be  harmonised  with  a  major  6th  and  the  6th degree with  a  tritone  

 

so  if  we  are  in  C# pelog  the  scale  and  harmonies  will  be

C#  harmonised  with  G#  (  5th  )

D  harmonised with A    ( 5th )

E harmonised with C#  ( major 6th )

G# Harmonised with D ( tritone ) ( diminish fifth  )

A harmonised E  ( fifth )
