There is a "MIDI Harmony" preset, but this only shifts by the absolute amount of the MIDI value.
You could modify the sigfile so the "pitch" output of the shifter was subtracted from the MIDI value.
This might give a bit of raggedness at the start of each note, depending how well the pitch detector liked the input signal.
